You say that because society has laid lines of judgement on people. How fat we shouldn't be, how our lips should be sensual, our eyes large, our breasts of a certain size, our pecs developed etc; You think your voice is bad because others suggest a voice HAS to be of a certain tone or well modulated. Your voice is your voice. Nothing wrong with it at all.

I don't know if everyone else's voice is awful, but mine usually is.
