When you think of it mechanical time is an illusion, it doesn't exist. Seconds, minutes and hours are a fiction created by humankind not nature. A day dawns when the sun rises not at a given minute. Day fades into night. The days of the week are an illusion. They don't exist. Months are another illusion for there are no months only seasons. We are all fixated on time as something you measure the passing of the day by having a timepiece on your watch. It is all nuts!
